Troll Problems

So yesterday I wrote about a troll leaving a personal attack instead of a review  on my chapbook page at Lulu. He also left some nasty tags that had nothing to do with the book.

Well I reported him to Lulu for being abusive and violating Lulu’s TOS. However, it seems that the troll’s harassment campaign continues because I also received a notice that someone claimed a copyright violation on what I wrote. Lulu and I are working this out right now. When I get the name of the person who filed the complaint, I will probably send it off to a lawyer friend who deals in DMCA complaints and abuse. Abuse of the DMCA process can result in fines of up to $100,000, I believe.

For the record, the troll who left the review is another Lulu user who calls himself Nickolaus Pacione (that sounds like a made up name if I ever heard one). He seems to have a beef  with me because he doesn’t like my name. Who harasses someone because he doesn’t like their name?

IN THE MEANTIME, if you would like a copy of my chapbook, “Modern Love”, please email me at lloyd.p.campbell@gmail.com, and I will send you a copy. Thanks for your continuing support.
